MONTORKH limited company is an enterprise which combines scientific, engineering, producing and imports equipments of steel storage tanks, and construction.

 

We are conducting research and development work on use of mineral oil storage tanks in severe climatic condition of Mongolia and life assessment of old tanks with various types and sites. Main purpose of the research work is to create information fund of technical characteristic of all types of storage tanks in Mongolia.

 

We are also successfully introduced new NDT method that called Metal Magnetic Memory for life assessment of steel products. Present main activity of the company is repairing and construction of small sized steel storage tanks. According to license, our company can make two-wall steel tanks, and unloading and installing big sized tanks.

 

We are successfully introducing experience of a labor safety, which was practiced in Boroo Gold, Canadian invested company.

 

Our company’s well experienced specialists are provided by all necessary equipments and sharing their technical experiences with other companies in installing all kinds of steel tanks during last 5 years. We are working for purpose of creation of nature and human harmless company, with favorable conditions of business, which puts the consumers above all.

 

Our further purpose is the expansion of market, increasing production of ecology friendly products, and introducing advanced techniques and technology.

- Construction and installation work of 1000 meter cube steel storage for oil tank of Shunkhlai Group LLC, in Sainshand city, Dornogovi province.

- Construction and installation work of pump station and wagon boarding stage of Shunkhlai Group LLC, in Sonsgolon khoroolol.

- Installation work of Dong Shen Oil LLC’s mobile station.

- Installation work of mobile station of Petro Holding LLC.

- Construction and installation work of gas station of Ganbaatar, near Monos.

- Metal diagnostics work of 25 meter cube metal storage of State emergency office’s subsidiary in Darkhan city, - Darkhan-Uul province.

- Metal diagnostics work of Boroo Gold LLC.

 

Our advantage:

Company director and engineers have 21-year-working experience of installing steel storage tanks for oil and they have worked on installation of about 80 gas stations and 20 petroleum depot (fuel farms).

 

We owned and authorized license of manufacturing steel storage and double-walled tank in Mongolia.

 

Company director got Ph.D in Technical science uphold with “Comparison and destruction of petroleum steel storages of Russian, German, Chinese and Mongolian” thesis.

 

We hold certificate of installation and constructing of petroleum storage, also authorized manufacturing and repairing of pressured and unpressured storages in Oil (petroleum) and Energy sector.

 

We consult and teach about oil and gas sector to other companies that are new in the sector, and also share our experiences with companies that are operates in the same market.

 

In Mongolia, We first made conclusion about analysis and surveys of NDT (Non-Destructive Testing). That is-we take a conclusion and summary on all of our conducting works.

 

We import latest metal diagnostic equipments from Russia, Korea and China. So we can clearly define destruction and exhaustion of metal by new metal magnetic memory. We defined metal diagnostic to “Boroo Gold” LLC several times.
